HI! I'm Shannon, and I am a multidisciplinary artist and designer.

I create the majority of my work at my home studio in the peaceful countryside

of Northern New Jersey, where I live with my partner and two dogs. My

most significant muses is my grandmother: she loved to embrace culture and

share as much of the world with me as she could. We were extremely close

until she passed away in 2008, but I still carry her influence with me in every

single piece of art I create today. Art is an outlet for me: it's how I let my

imagination run free-- I love to explore new places, cultures, and ideals

through my work.

When I'm not working in my studio, I'm usually running around doing ten

projects at once. I like to keep my schedule filled with my many different

hobbies and activities, which include cooking, baking, and gardening.

As an artist, I view everything as an artform: whether I'm dirtying up every

appliance in my kitchen to craft a new recipe, or getting dirty planting

new fruits, veggies and herbs around my garden. There's something extremely

rewarding about watching your efforts blossom, sometimes quite literally.
